TRAVANCORE RESIDENCY consists of 6 wings designed separately and comprises of 150 homes of 2/3 bed rooms each. There is a space of 20 Feet between 2 wings. All the wings shall be built at the extreme to have maximum open space at one stretch and also at the centre. The open space is divulged into 2 courtyards consisting of a open landscaped garden. A Picturesque equipped Children’s Play area isolated from all vehicular movement is developed. Designed with your idea in mind, these homes are being built with spacious outdoor and indoor areas and high quality standards.
